Most of us tend to give up way before we even start or sometimes when we’re almost about to achieve due to the lack of acceptance and understanding on the fact that failing and facing obstacles are part of your fitness journey as well as your mental health journey.
You’re not always going to be in the up sometimes you will fall in order to learn more and come back better.
